The QNH Certficate Program
QNH provides a Certified Natural Horsemanship Training Program. This program contains three levels of Groundwork and Riding tasks, a Starting Horses program, and a Problem Horses program, of training and certificates. This training program is available world-wide through the QNH examination centres.
 
Level 1 Certificate
  
The Level 1 QNH Certificate Exam consists of basic natural horsemanship groundwork and riding tasks. Click on the links for full details of the tasks.

Starting Horses Certificate

To complete the Starting Horses Certificate program, the following requirements apply.

* You must have passed all three levels or be of a standard of experience deemed suitable to be starting horses.

* Attend a course for the starting of horses.

* Starting courses will be of 10 days duration.

* Attendees will be required to supply their own horse for starting.

* At the end of the 10 days, each horse must be able to possess the basics of a ‘green’ horse.

* Upon successful completion of the course, the attendee will be endorsed to start horses under saddle.
 
Dealing with Problem Horses Certificate

To complete the Problem Horses Certificate program, the following requirements apply.

* Have passed all three levels or be of a standard of experience deemed suitable to be working problem horses.

* Attend a Problem Horse course.

* Problem horse courses will be of at least 7 days duration.

* Attendees at the course will be expected to have a minimum of two, but preferably three horses, each with a different problem. Each attendee will work on each horse to re-train the horse during the course.

* Upon successful completion of the course, the attendee will be endorsed to re-train problem horses.
